The broth, while perhaps not the deepest or most complex you'll ever encounter, is clean, savory, and steaming hot. The rice noodles are consistently cooked to a pleasingly tender yet slightly chewy texture, and the generous portions of thinly sliced beef are tender and fresh. Love this place. The chicken pho is so delicious, and the chicken is amazing and fresh. I'm obsessed. I literally drive twenty minutes just to come and eat here. So good and fast services. Wasn’t sure what to expect from Northern Vietnamese food. But overall the food tasted good. Keep in mind, this is a review on Soft Opening. This restaurant has potential to be greater. The management is very attentive of the overall experience.
