Bought a ring from this business and the owner claimed he was giving me a discount for being a veteran, which he did. Who ever his mark up was so high he didn't even feel the loss. I decided to sale the ring to get something else and no matter where I went they were saying even though it is sterling silver it was not worth 25 at most. I paid over 100 for this ring!!!!! I took it back to them and the employee said to much time had past about 5 months and they would not even let me exchange it for something else. Went in 2019 to get a ring resized. Very patronizing male owner at the counter. They did the ring resizing incorrectly and the owner refused to believe me that they did it wrong when the ring didn’t fit, arguing that I asked for it so small that it wouldn’t fit. Also it was obvious that gold had been siphoned off from the ring, it was made so thin and flimsy.
