Store owner has taught employees to have to constantly pull items and put them back for clients, meanwhile I could barely spend time to look, touch the jewelry items because of this. I was a first time walk in, and while 'trying' earrings or bracelets, I really felt rather rushed and was even asked if nothing is working out for me, I had to ask the clerk for patience. At one point, the sales person asked me if the price was ok with me before handing a bracelet over to try. These are not real items, they are plated at most.

Sales people here need to use better discernment, I was looking for something specific, they did not have it, but I would have come back to the store for future purchases. The store clerks would not have known that I had just spent several thousand at the store next door and the one down the street and they could have had a long time customer, but I do not care for such a pressurized, rushed shopping experience.

This store clearly wants to cater to some perception of upper class, Highland Park or Dallas Elite, but perhaps realizing that not every 'rich person' walks around flashing their money might...

Every time I go shopping I can't help but feel this sense of anxiety about whether or not I will be able to find clothing that, firstly, is what I am looking for, and secondly, is going to make me feel confident and beautiful. Each time I have walked into this store I have had the most amazing experience. The owner specifically goes out of her way to choose things that will compliment you individually. She knows her inventory like the back of her hand and is completely invested in ensuring that each and every one of her guests in her store are taken care of and feel happy with their shopping experience. All of merchandise in the store is high quality and absolutely stunning. I have never been dissatisfied shopping at this store and will continue to shop here in the future. On my first visit I was shadowed the second I walked in. I still made some purchases and chaulked it up to one bad store clerk. Today, my husband and I walked in. There was a store full of women. However, one of the store clerks almost tripped running over to me in jewelry. She basically asked me not to pick anything up. She would do it for me if I wanted to see something. It's costume jewelry mind you. I will not be returning to a store who assumes anyone of color is in their store to steal. Disappointed shopper...
