If you are remotely considering getting engaged or buying that special someone a piece of jewelry then I can’t recommend William Sheahan Designs enough.

I was introduced to the shop by a close friend of mine who has worked with them for custom work before. I knew very little about jewelry let alone engagement rings and custom designs. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed with open arms - Skylar was incredibly patient walking me through the process of design, the stone attributes, the pricing etc. I was there for well over an hour and at no point did I feel pressured but instead the opposite where he was encouraging me to ask more questions so I would get comfortable. This service carried on throughout the stone selection, the ring design, the pickup and even after when we needed to resize the ring.

At no point did I feel that Skylar and William were trying to sell me anything, rather I felt as if they just wanted to help me and my now fiancé have the best experience possible. I will definitely be back to get our wedding bands and can’t recommend them enough.

Absolutely cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Skylar and the whole team at William Sheahan Designs. I came with an inspiration photo and an idea of what I wanted, but had absolutely no clue about diamonds and had just had a terrible experience at a jewelry store. Skylar gave us practical advice about how to get the best value for our budget, was incredibly patient and helpful when sourcing several rounds of stones for me to accommodate my pickiness, took extra time to find somewhat unusual and harder to find side stones I wanted, and then designed and executed the engagement ring of my dreams. I have recommended them to several friends because of how easy, helpful, and stress free the process was. Also loved Skylar’s honesty and transparency about pricing and that he never tried to “sell” us on anything - he gave his professional opinion on things but constantly reiterated how this is all about personal preference and we should always go with what we like best.
