Hello, yes our visit to your establishment was horrible. We came in to order for carry out and was told it would be a 30 minute wait. Which we were fine with waiting for knowing we would have fresh hot food. When we got home with our order, which was a medium sausage pizza with extra sausage, small pepperoni with extra pepperoni and an order of 6 PC garlic Parmesan twists. Both pizzas were burnt and the garlic Parmesan twists were also burnt. The twists also had no Parmesan on them what so ever. We waited with no problem for the 30 minutes so we would get fresh hot pizza as well as spending $50 bucks for the order. Just to receive burnt food.
Thank you for your time!
This visit was not any better. Your prices are not cheap so when you order something and pay for it. You should get what you ordered. The sausage and bacon pizza had no bacon. The bacon pizza had no bacon and the cheese on it didn't even cover the dough. The 6 PC garlic Parmesan twists were over cooked and the marinara we got with them tasted horrible. The gentlemen who took our order as well as cooked our order was very rude and his customer service was horrible. At this point we refuse to waste anymore of our money to get horrible customer service and horrible food. I suggest if you want good round table pizza and good customer service do not go to...
Read moreAmong Round Tables east of the Narrows in the greater Tacoma area, the loss of the store off Pearl & N 26th left the one on S 27th as the nearest. The King Arthur Supreme pizza is usually a marvel: a superb blend of wondrous meats and fresh vegetables with exceptional sauce, cheese and crust. However, whatever was thrown together at the S 27th store last night was far from that noble standard.
Though the taste failed to approach previously experienced excellence (from the N 26th store), that was not the only problem. Whether it was a failure to use fresh ingredients or the ineptitude of making a gluten-free crust appropriately, perhaps by using wheat floor, (Papa Murphy's does superbly well with the Udi brand), the resultant meal generated a gastrointestinal disturbance that started in the middle of the night, a few short hours after eating, and persisted to this writing mid-morning the next day.
While readers will be spared the specifics, permit it to be noted that, as of this writing, seven trips to the bathroom have thus far transpired. And that is seven more than the number of trips that will ever be taken again to the Round Table on S 27th.
Think twice before patronizing that franchise. Steep as the prices are for a superior pizza, the S 27th store is not a realm wherein you will find the...
Read moreStaff and Food are great, Friendly Awesome People, Food is one of the best pizzas I have ever had in a chain. Always enjoy talking to the manager when I am in. Sole reason this is not a 5 star review is that their corporate office or francise owner does not appear to spend money on upkeep of the store. The AC is hit or miss in the summer time, and during the latest heat wave it was definitely a miss. Today their Ice Machine is broken. Warm room temperature nearly flat soda. I feel bad even ordering a pizza to go, while its 80ish outside by the counter it feels like its at least 95+ degrees in the kitchen.
Update 8/8/2017
General Management replied very promptly first thing in the morning. The staff at this location has always addressed any concern promptly and I am quite happy to find that this attitude goes all the way to the top. As my concern has been addressed, I am bumping my review up to the 5 stars I feel this location deserves.
Side note, an example of how awesome the staff is. They know my main pizza order by heart, and when I come in during buffet hours they always pop my favorite pizza into the oven without even...
