I am adding onto the review that I left 6 months ago. I just tried to do a free Amazon return. I bought the items at the same time. They were delivered in the same package. And Iām returning both of them. The middle aged Asian woman said I had to have two separate packing slips for each one, which is not accurate because I have done this numerous times in the past where I have purchased two Amazon items together and they arrive in the same packaging and I have returned them both in the same packaging. So she would not process one of my returns since I would not buy an extra mailing slip for one of the items. There are numerous reviews about how she is always mean and she always is. She is mean to her employees. she grabs things out of their hands. She yells at them in front of customers when they arenāt doing anything wrong. Sheās a terrible person to have representing this store. I donāt understand after reading all of these negative reviews specifically about her, that nothing has been done by UPS about her terrible behavior towards people and itās not just towards customers. Itās also towards her employees. Someone from UPS always comments under every negative comment, but Iāve never seen any action taken against her. Why bother even commenting on the negative reviews if nothing is going to be done about them? I donāt know why I keep coming to this location, even though itās closer to my home, but this will be the last time because she is awful.
The employees are always very efficient and kind, especially the young Asian gentleman. I always make sure to thank them for being so polite, especially after I see the way they are treated by the middle aged Asian woman who appears to be the manager. She is constantly rude to customers and the staff. She yells at people from the back room. She grabs packages out of their hands when she feels that they are doing something incorrect or perhaps too slow for her liking even though she doesn't always appear to know what she's doing. I have never seen her in a good mood or be kind to a single person. When I leave, I always tell the employees that I am sorry for the way they are treated. I thought it was just me, but after reading these reviews, I can see that many others have had the same experiences with her. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to this location on Friday May 12th, 2023 to return an Amazon product and was not impressed with the service at all. The customer ahead of me also had an Amazon return, but went through a different return process than I did, as she had to pay to send her package back.
She attempted to use 3 different credit cards, and each time the machine told her that a voice authorization was needed for the transaction. The gal at the counter was over the top rude, and the person finally left. She kept telling the girl what the machine was telling her, and she kept telling her she already knew, but couldn't do anything about it.
I gave her my package, and she created a shipping label. No problem I thought. I was wrong. The package was never sent, and I'm still yet to receive my refund from Amazon. I called today (5/13) and spoke with who I assume was the same person from the day before.
She was very rude and asked me if I had a shipping label. I told her that I did, and went on to ask when the package was going to be returned, but before I could finish, she hung up on me.
There was a huge stack of Amazon returns on the counter behind her when I was there, and it wasn't even close to busy, so she was just plain lazy because none of them had been sent back to Amazon, and this was a little less than an hour and a half after the store opened. There's no way someone didn't have time to get those sent out, so mine is probably sitting within that mess somewhere.
Just based on her attitude, my guess would be that she was also messing up the transaction with the elderly customer from the day before because she just didn't want to deal with people.
This is not right, and not good customer service at all. I need my refund sooner than later. I shouldn't have to wait for a day or two because someone is to lazy to do their job.
*It's now Sunday the 14th, and the tracking number still shows that the package information is unavailable which tells me that whoever was working still hasn't sent it. When I arrived at the drop-off location, there was a line and I was in a hurry because I needed to take my mom to the airport. Due to the rush, I left the package without taking a receipt. I informed a young man working there that I wanted to drop the package, and he acknowledged my request with a nod. After that, I went home.
However, after a week passed, I received a notification from Mercari stating that I needed to ship the package, otherwise the buyer's order might be canceled. I was shocked and confused by this situation. I contacted UPS, but they informed me that there was nothing they could do since the package hadnāt been scanned yet. They said I should have waited to get the receipt when dropping off the package. UPS had scanned all the packages and none were left behind.
I decided to visit the UPS location in person to inquire about my missing package. An elderly woman there explained that on days with a high volume of packages, they sometimes send them to the warehouse for scanning later. It's possible that they missed scanning my package. She suggested waiting for another week.
Unfortunately, the buyer canceled the order yesterday, and my package's status still shows "LABEL CREATED," waiting to be scanned. I've not only lost the bag itself but also the order. This situation is distressing, especially considering the potential value of the item inside. I've never encountered such an issue before, and now I'm apprehensive about using UPS services at this location...
