I hate to write bad reviews but this place really missed the mark. I tried it twice just to be sure it wasn’t just a bad night. The chicken teriyaki was very basic, but the chicken had a bad burnt char taste. The Katsu was really good! The egg roll and gyoza would have been okay but they were both soggy. The California roll was also good, it was just put in with the hot food so it got soggy and was falling apart trying to pick it up. The thing that really made it bad was the chicken yakisoba. The only flavor present was that of soap. I’m not sure if it actually was or just the oil or something but it didn’t taste like food, it’s just an oily noodle mess. No seasoning and somehow the chicken and veggies had no taste. As a side dish it’s fine but it was my wife’s whole meal and she could only handle a few bites. Overall it’s very low quality, lower than what you get at the mall. I unless you’re hammered or have the munchies, I would look elsewhere for most of the items...
Read moreDo not visit if you are young or typical person who cares about the service. I called in for some take out orders and went to pick it up after 15 mins, the cashier said, No I never received a Call and it was definitely her because I could tell by the accent and voice. I placed an order at the place and had to spend extra 20 mins then when I was asked to sign my receipt, of course I didn't put any tips for such a service, then her face suddenly changes and that's the moment when you are out of their care. They IGNORE you right in front of yofu. I asked what food it was that the other customer was having, and she looked at my face once and then just ignored. So I asked one more time then she said, "I DON"T KNOW I DIDN"T SERVE". Okay, the food was so close that she could easily see it from where she was. if you pay tip then they will show you fake smiles but if you don't then you are just nothing for them. Hope they learn that good services are always...
Read moreI've been looking for a good Chinese food place so I thought I'd give this place a try. I was very disappointed. I ordered the Mongolian Beef with Sweet and Sour Chicken, plain Chow Mein Noodles and Wonton Soup.
The Mongolian Beef was dry and not very tasty at all. The Sweet and Sour Chicken was better. The Noodles were sticky and oily and inedible. When I tried to scoop them onto my plate the entire box of noodles lifted up with the fork and stayed in the shape of the box. The Wonton Soup wasn't much better. It was very bland and tasted like watered down celery broth with no real chicken flavor at all.
I would compare this meal to that of Panda Express with Panda Express favoring much better. I spent $50 on a meal where I, literally, had 5 or 6 bites.
The one good thing here was the Customer Service. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and eager to accommodate my requests for...
