This has been the worst experience possible. Used UA location for me and my groomsmen. When trying on the suit everything was too big. Pants were long and baggy and the jacket was a size too large. I stepped out of the dressing room and the associate asked if everything was alright. I told him it all seems too large and all he said was “that’s the style.” I didn’t know how to respond to this at first so I sent pictures to my wife and asked her opinion, she agreed it all looked too big. I told the associate a 2nd time it was all to big and his response was the same “that’s the style” I told him I get some suits are a little different when it comes to fit but this didn’t seem right. He says a 3rd time “that’s the style” and I finally snapped and told him I get that’s the style but this still doesn’t fit right. He walked away from me out of frustration without another word. A different associate came to help me a couple minutes later. She asked my pant size and I told her 34-32. She said the pants were a 36-34. She grabbed a jacket a size smaller for me to try on that fit perfectly. She was able to overnight the correct items to a different location fortunately. After being told multiple times “that’s the style” when it clearly didn’t fit I was furious. A month later I was in another friends wedding that used men’s wearhouse. Pants came too long again, tie was the wrong color and there were no pocket squares. After these terrible experiences I will never give them my business again and will try to convince others not too. I would not recommend this location to anybody. My son got married this past Saturday, March 12, 2022 and the only issues we had was with the tuxedos. Everybody came in two days before the wedding and 5 out of 7 of the tuxedos needed to be altered and/or reordered. I understand little alterations but the measurements they took on the men were not even reasonable close. So needless to say I had to come the day of the wedding to pick up all the tuxedos. When I got to the venue, 2 hours before the wedding, the groomsmen began to get dressed only to find out that we were missing a tux. When I picked up the tuxes they gave me one of the groomsmen shoes but not his tux. So I called the manager at the Olentangy River Road location and he acted like I was inconveniencing him. I literally had to have a guest that was here from Florida to go get the tux. To make it even better, we ordered a size 2 in shoes for the ring bearer and they gave us a 12, which he couldn’t even squeeze his foot into so I had to borrow from a guest that was there for the ceremony. I’ve emailed the corporate office and talked to managers and absolutely nothing. All tuxedos were still full price, no remorse nothing. Giving them a “1” is giving them way too much credit.

I came here a little nervous needing a suit for both prom and business school. Someone was there waiting to help me as soon as I walked in the door. I told him what I wanted and he walked right over to a corner and pulled out 4 suits he thought would fit my needs. I tried on 2, and the second was a perfect fit! I ended up getting the suit, pants, and shoes for less than $250. It looked great at prom and I cant wait to try it out at Miami University!

We were here today to order tuxedos for my fiancé, his groomsmen and ring bearer. I am very big on customer service, and the service we experienced today was not acceptable. Andrew "helped" us pick a color and style for our wedding.. By helped I mean laid out a chart and book and walked away...we left today thinking we would have everything finalized, well we are more confused than when we first came in and have yet to receive a confirmation email for what we picked out... so we will waste another day to get this figured out AGAIN at another location (we went here because it was closer for my nephew to get measured).. I would say if you are not familiar with tuxedo shopping the employees here will NOT be any help to you. We felt rushed and as if we were inconveniencing Andrew. For us spending close to $2,000 on rentals for a wedding, you would think we would receive better attention and treatment. My fiancé and his groomsmen went to the Tuttle location a couple months ago and had a GREAT experience.. and a terrible experience at the Olentangy location today. There is far too much to write for how terrible the service was today, I will say that one employee was very nice and he only helped with measurements of my nephew and he was great with him and very kind to us, his name was Dionte (sp?). Although the inconvenienced rude associate that "helped" with everything else...

We had an appointment scheduled at 3:00. We walked in and no one approached us. One associate was visible on the floor. She was helping an individual. She walked right past me, looked at me and didn’t acknowledge me. A simple “hello, someone will be with you shortly” would have been appropriate. Nothing was said.

Waited…. In the meantime 4 other people come in. It’s obvious we are standing around waiting for someone. Another individual comes from the back of the store and starts helping one of the people that came in after us. No “I can help whoever was here first”.

I then approached the first lady who was not currently helping anyone and was waiting for her customer who was trying pieces on. I asked her who I should check in with if we have an appointment? She then asked the lady at the counter what she should do? She was told she would have to multitask. She then just waved her hand at the direction on the wall and said we could pick suits out over there. I asked about materials of suits and what would be a good multipurpose year round material and she kind of answered a couple of questions but she wasn’t going to any effort to really help.. No “someone will be with you shortly to take measurements or to help you pick out a style.

Waste of time to schedule an appointment. Obviously not well staffed but not well versed on how to handle...
