Park on the street before picking up or delivering and walk to the office. If you pull in there with a 53-ft trailer and there is another truck in the dock, you will not be able to turn around! You will have to back out onto the street like I did. There is a sign there, but I missed it. With all that being said, this place is tight for a 53 ft trailer. Much more so if you're backing into dock 1 and there is a truck sitting in dock 2. Any backing you do will be done from the street. So far everyone here has been very professional and nice.
