Wawa — Restaurant in Upper Deerfield Township

Honestly, I was a regular coming here. And after today I won’t be. After having soup for breakfast, I literally only took 2 bites and my stomach started hurting badly. So a great way to start off my morning with food poisoning! The soup did not smell how it normally did but I ignored it because I normally get the soup here a lot. And now I realized it was rancid! How is this possible?!

I should’ve known after seeing a roach here not to come back. I also should’ve known that after it taken 20 minutes for them to make a biscuit, i shouldn’t have come back. And the reason I had to wait is because they completely forgot about me. I had work to do, I can’t afford for me to watch them serve everybody else but me. Insane.

These people are quick to call the cops for wrong/stealing but not quick to take care of paying customers. But let me come back and complain about something and they say there is nothing they can do. They mess EVERYTHING UP. How? And please do not drink from the fountain machine, they NEVER CHANGE IT. It’s a moldy taste and it’s horrific on how they’re not consistent with cleaning there.

And not to mention I’ve gotten gas from here and a lot of times I had to complain about gas not being there. 5$ is 5$ and they say well you only put 5$ so no gas will be in your car. Are you kidding me? I don’t pay money to get a empty value of gas, so beware of that too, if it doesn’t seem like you guys are getting enough gas, I promise you, you’re not overreacting!

Came in about 410-415 am took 10 minutes just to get someone's attention even though there were four people behind the food bar took another 10-15 minutes to get a sandwich made half of the coffee it said was open was empty or cold the lady making sandwiches had her hair hanging out all over the place no hair net or hat got to the register it's supposed to be free coffee Tuesday with your Rewards Card scan my rewards card they still charged me for the coffee and then the cashier couldn't print out a receipt cuz he didn't know how being it was his first day and they left him by himself definitely do not recommend this...

I really have to give it to Tiffany in the deli, she was so efficient at getting our order together we didn't even have time to make it to the register and boy did she make sure the whole store knew we had to pay for our order! Didn't even have time to get a soda! When we FINALLY paid for our order, I noticed she had not only completed her task but found time to run her mouth about how customers get on her nerves and how the countdown to the end of her day has begun.
