Walmart — Local services in Upper Deerfield Township

The lady who worked last night at register 14 every time I come in there she is completely a disgrace, completely a disaster and always very bothersome. I came in there last night amongst the mini times that I have came in contact with her the lady is white with glasses dusty blonde hair and I was ringing up a gift card after pay rang it up it says waiting for total amount I told the lady she had to finish scanning all my items to get the total amount of the order she’s telling me the car does not work when I completely put $20 on the card and it blatantly works

I had to go to registers away I think it may have been registered 12 or 10 where does Spanish girl who looks very young worked at the register who was actually very great she needs a raise and a half to speak nothing but great things about her. However this lady register 14 is always terrible.

She finds a problem in any and everything I do when I ring up my stuff I don’t know what her issue is or if that’s her personality but she needs to be fired something is wrong with her and she should not be on the register if she thinks everything is wrong all the time which it’s not I literally went to the other register and everything worked. I’m like lady all you need to do is total my order and finish scanning all of my items .

Last night was December 27, 2021 and I came in there around 10 PM or after and for her to be acting like that all the time something needs to happen she is absolutely terrible absolutely terrible I hate...

I am probably being generous giving them 4 stars but since it is the closest Walmart from home and I want to help the local economy I figured this might. The other reviews mentioning only a limited amount of registers open is usually pretty spot-on however they have recently installed some self check-outs so you shouldn't have to wait too long unless there is a reason you need to use a cashier. I have also noticed possibly more in this store than others that the aisles seem to be a bit more crowded with product and trash. Bottom line is that it is a Walmart where you can find most of the normal household merchandise you might need and even a limited selection of groceries possibly saving you a trip to ShopRite.

This is a new edit to my comments of several years ago as Google asked me to say how has it changed. Most of the things are pretty much the same. However, I had honestly thought that this Walmart was located in the reduced sales tax zone but upon looking at my receipt, I saw that they are still charging the 6.35% sales tax or whatever it is that the rest of the state is charging. Since the reduced rate would have only saved me about $0.20, I wasn't that worried about it, but had it been a larger purchase I would have asked to see if there is a reason why they are now charging the higher rate. I really do not shop here very much but usually go to Vineland on Landis avenue as that is so much of a better store and yes they are definitely in the lower...

I would like to start by wishing I can give this Walmart 0 stars. I made my purchase at 10:35 and my reciept came out ripped. I asked the cashier that I need another copy for business matters. She confronted the shift CSS named Shateria and this is not the first time she has gave bad customer service from my knowledge. I got my reprint reciept at 11:05. I am not so sure how a reprint can take so long . I understand that she had a job to do (closing registers) but to put a 5 minute pause on that knowing she had another employee with you who can care for the money to help a customer would be nice . Ontop of not doing that she took her time to close what looked like 2 self check out registers. A total of 30 minutes for a reciept. Then I spoke to a manager named Ed . He was no help instead of taking the situation to his own hands he sided with his CSS and said she was closing registers 30 minutes like even he know how bad of his employees customer service can be . He said it so casual like if it is normal . I will be contacting corporate to file another complaint on the situation .WALMART IS ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE ? then replace these two...
