My partner and I could not have been happier with our experience with L. Priori from beginning to end!

On my partner's and my search to select engagement rings, we looked at a few places. When we found L. Priori, we loved the vast and unique selection of ethically-sourced gems (including a broad selection of different salt and pepper diamonds) but it was really L. Priori's approach that sealed our decision. Brooke had such a great technique for helping us to both realize what we wanted in our rings, something we did not find at any other jeweler. She led us in the creation of two custom rings for us to propose to each other - a flat white gold band and a kite-shaped salt and pepper diamond ring with braided rose gold band.

As our rings were being created, the pandemic hit but Brooke continued to go above and beyond. She was always very quick to respond to emails and to work with us on our changing level of comfort to come pick up the rings, even holding them for months until it was safe.

Our appointment to pick up the rings felt extremely COVID-safe and comfortable. Sojeoung was friendly and answered all of our questions, and the process was quick and easy!

I found L. Priori through Google, and their site was beautiful. I loved being able to go to the King of Prussia satellite store because it meant I didn't have to make an entire day out of going to Philly. The building was wonderfully unassuming (and the jewelry inside was anything but unassuming).

I worked with Brooke; she was an absolute pro. I loved how supportive she was in letting me try on all different styles, while also listening to the vibe I was trying to go for and encouraging me to try on styles I wouldn't have thought of at first glance.

With excellent customer service and quality products, it was the easiest decision to buy a ring here. The hardest thing is using all of my willpower not to wear my band before...
