Five Below — Local services in Upper Moreland Township

I just left the store now. I’m not sure how to feel about the experience. The stores appearance was nice and clean. The older gentleman working was polite but during our check out he took the two items from me to ring them up. It’s self check out. Not sure if I am making a bigger issue out of the ordeal but to some people that could be taken as an offense. I was wondering if he was going to also take my card to complete the transaction as well. Not sure why he had to ring up my items. I was the only person there with him...

The store is a mess. The employees that work there scream across the store at one another about everything, plus personal stuff. The store is not upkept and, like I said, it's just a mess. If it's slow no one is at the register, understandably, but then it takes them for ever to come and check you out. I left my stuff the one day, and walked out. There isnt even an exit sign in the exit sign. It's broken and just the red lights are glowing down in the bottom...

i know i sound like a boomer but i really wish they didn't only have self checkout. not everything has to have self checkout nowadays. it's very frustrating when you want to be checked out by a clerk but you have to struggle with the broken scanners yourself. also, what is it with five and beyond? it's called five and BELOW for a reason. whatever.
