Great atmosphere and clean. We had party of 7 and opted for BBQ instead of hot pot. Food was good but dishes were modest portions so we had to keep requesting for more. One thing that really annoyed me was they didn’t have table cover plate over the hotpot station on table when not used. The hot pot station holes were substantial size and takes up table real estate. With all dishes that ordered, there were already limited table space. Having a cover would have made dining experience more pleasant and enjoyable. I found it awkward sitting at table trying to maneuver around the hole on the table x 4 for each station. I remember asking server and he said no cover available so I was somewhat disappointed. Come on, that should be a no brainer for better dining experience. Not that hard or costly to come out with four hot pot station table cover plates. If owner is reading this feedback, definitely take this into consideration. Also, when we got the bill… we knew tips were already included but guess what, they tried to sneak in another 20% that’s extra 44$. At the time of signing, it was my fault not notice the 20% tip added. Luckily, I did double take and chase the server down as he sped off immediately after signed without getting me receipt. I’ve caught up with him and he made the correction. Whether it was honest mistake or not, additional tip selection should always default to 0% tip, not default 20%. Just be aware during checkout for extra tipping, always double check before...

I've always had mixed feelings about the grill-your-own meat restaurant model. I don't know how to think about the value, since they don't do the preparation for you. It's sort of like you're paying for groceries and renting a grill.

We ordered the all you can eat BBQ. All the meats and seafoods were high quality. I was very impressed with the marbling of the strip steak and the premium pork belly melted in my mouth. Also, everything you order arrives very quickly.

The buffet is mediocre, so we didn't fill up on any of that. Kids will like it, but it's garbage fast food style kinda-sorta cliche average Asian dishes: fried rice, General Tso's, California rolls, seaweed salad, etc.

The sauce bar is great. We mixed and matched, with crushed ginger and garlic, to create something we could baste the meats with while they were cooking on the table top grill. We also loaded up on dipping sauces. Garlic chili crunch. Hoisin. Steak sauce. Ponzu. Sriracha. You get the idea. Chopped scallions and sesame seeds to sprinkle atop the sauces. Yum.

My biggest issue was that the grill doesn't stay hot enough to get a good sear on anything. Maybe that was my fault, maybe I needed to let it heat up a little more first.

Overall, this place seems like a good deal. We ate grilled protein until we were stuffed and it cost less than we'd pay at any steakhouse chain (it's about the same quality of meat, so the comparison is reasonable). It's a fun experience and good for...

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth It We came here to celebrate our anniversary and were excited for a good meal, but unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. First, we found a hair in our food—never a good sign. What made it worse was that the staff was completely unapologetic until I loudly asked my husband if they had even bothered to say sorry (they hadn’t). Their idea of “making it right” was apparently just letting the kitchen know, with no compensation or real concern for the situation. After sending the food back, we sat waiting and waiting for our replacement meats, only to realize that nothing was coming. It wasn’t until my husband approached the waiter that they admitted they never put in the reorder—we had been sitting there for nothing. On top of that, they tried to charge us for our three-year-old, even though he clearly met their own posted “free” height qualification. We had to argue just to get them to follow their own policy. Then came the final insult—they charged us for drink refills despite their menu clearly stating free refills on fountain drinks. At that point, we just wanted to finish our meal and leave rather than make a scene on what was supposed to be a celebratory lunch. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. There are plenty of other KBBQ spots that actually care about their customers and uphold their own policies. This place is not worth your...

Good Eaters, I headed over to Top Pot Willow Grove, located at 2328 W Moreland Rd Willow Grove, PA. Top Pot combines the best of all-you-can-eat buffet, hot pot, and Korean BBQ under one roof. For the hot pot lovers, they offer 11 different flavorful broths to choose from, so there’s something for every palate. Their selection of meats is endless—perfect for grilling or boiling—and they have a plethora of sauces to customize your dishes just the way you like them. On the buffet side, seafood lovers are in for a treat with crab legs, crawfish, oysters, and more. If you’re ready to eat your heart out, this is the place to be! #TopPotWillowGrove #AllYouCanEat #HotPotHeaven #KoreanBBQ #CrabLegs #Crawfish #Oysters #HotPotBroth #GrillAndChill #KBBQLife #SirGoodEats #FoodieAdventures #MeatLovers #BuffetGoals #Bulgogi #SpicyBeef #PorkBelly #KBBQExperience #KoreanFoodLover #BBQFeast #FoodieFinds
