WARNING! Do not go to this Jared. The service was terrible and workers were unprofessional. So I usually change the batteries of my watches every year. I took my Gucci and Omega watches to change the batteries at this Jared couple months ago. I usually go to May Jeweler (which is right across from Jared) to get the batteries change but unfortunately the worker who changes the battery was not there. That's why I decided to go to Jared. I walked in and asked if they can change my Gucci and Omega batteries and the girl said yes. She changed the battery in my Omega then I waited for 20 more minutes for my Gucci. The girl came out and said she couldn't put the back of my Gucci watch back on and that they have to ship it out. Then I looked my Omega and realized the watch was not working. So they decided that they were going to ship it out to get the watch check out. Jared, being so unprofessional, could not find the serial number on my Omega. The manager told us they could not send it out because they don't know how much it cost and they can't insure it. The manager said if you want us to put $100 or $200 to insure your watch then we can send it out. Are you kidding me?! It's an Omega watch, I bought it for $4000 twenty years ago. The girl who ruined my watch looked at me and responded with an attitude, "that's ridiculous, it can't be that much." When the manager confirmed her that an Omega is that much, her face was priceless. Clearly, she has never heard of Omega. Anyway, then the manager accused me of having fake watch and that my watch was already broken before I got there. Then the manager told me, we are not authorized to be handling Swiss watch.....this girl should have not be opening an Omega watch. Oh my god, Jared is unprofessional, they would not accept their responsibility of ruining my watch. So I ended up getting my Omega fixed at Tourneau in King of Prussia, costed me $500. Tourneau is a hike for me but its definitely worth it.

Mallory said all the right stuff and I felt great when I left. However, it's been 6 months and we are no closer to having a ring than the first day we walked in. It's amazing how each draft managed to include multiple items we specifically did not want on there. The very first attempt was horrendous. It felt like they forgot about it for almost a month and tried to piece together the ring real quick from memory and notes she wrote down and it did not even remotely go well. The attempt to fix that was pretty equally terrible and not even close to anything we looked at. She even sent me a picture of the band I liked and then literally did not use that in the next draft, not even something similar. So then we were set up with Conchetta when Mallory couldn't get it together. She agreed that the first drafts were not good, even referring to the first draft as looking "medieval", which was completely accurate. We were both trying to be hopeful that this round would go better, but somehow it managed to be worse. The designs were not quite as bad, they weren't good either though and they definitely included items we said no to. On top of that each draft took longer and longer to get back and they had errors in them. So we would get them back with a caveat that this isn't really how it would look and they needed to make corrections. The last one took 2 months to get to us and is was completely incorrect. We were assured a manager would call that week and then that weekend we received a text that the manager was sorry and would call this week. We are now at the end of the week and have heard nothing. This place quite literally ruined engagement ring shopping for me. This process sucks as does their customer service. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place...

I went to Leslie on New Year's Eve of 2021 to start the process of having wedding rings custom made for myself and my now fiancee. The process was truly amazing and it was incredible to see the design that we came up with on our own actually come to life. Leslie was so thorough and asked a ton of questions up front to ensure the rings came out perfectly and exactly how I envisioned them. She explained up front that I would be involved in every step of the way and I certainly was. I had never gone through anything like this before, so I had no idea what to expect. The level of customer service is completely unsurpassed in my opinion. I'm a firm believer that when you set expectations with a customer, you need to keep your word. Leslie communicated with me every step of the way, kept her promises, and came through for us big time. The rings turned out even better than I had hoped for and we couldn't be happier. I would literally recommend Jared's, but especially Leslie, to anyone. Whether you're looking to buy a ring out of the case or have it custom made, Jared's is certainly the place to be! I will never forget this amazing experience and I can't possibly give enough praise and thanks for making our special day just perfect. In addition, the quality and craftsmanship of the rings is off the charts amazing. What a truly amazing and unforgettable experience. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Leslie...
