I recommend everyone save the trip and go to liberty vapor where employees actually care to help. I purchased a caliburn g after their strong recommendation and the pod itself has broke after just two weeks of light use. They told me it’s a pod and refuse to help. They shouldn’t recommend pod based systems that you have to replace the pod as often as the could you also have to replace.
Never had this issue with any other shop and to not support your customers is absolutely ridiculous. Had I had the vape and exposed it to ordinary wear and tear fine but it was just purchased. I’m not a rookie to this and have been vaping for 6+ years.
I let them know this and they told me “have a good day bud”
STAY AWAY.

After your response I’d like to add I didn’t ask for you to leave your home to handle, I asked for it to be handled in a professional manor and not request I pay out of pocket for a product not even two weeks old that has already broken. It’s simply unprofessional the way you’re responding. I took maybe 10 minutes of your time by message and felt it was easier to send a pic there and ask instead of calling. Read moreI was referred to this store by a friend who assured me of extraordinary service but warned me that there is a new owner now, therefore she wasn’t sure if customer satisfaction is a priority at this time. Nonetheless, I went and bought a vap, new tank and two boxes of coils and the manager was extremely helpful and nice. However; that stopped as soon as I had a problem with a leaky tank that opened and leaked in my bag , on my table, etc when not in the upright position. I went back to the store twice that same week that I bought them and the manager refused to even exchange the tank for me. He told me the tank was not defective. How could it be not defective if it opens and leaks when it’s on the side? I left very dissatisfied with the service and he did not seem to care . Read moreI went to Zoola Vapor yesterday for the first time and my experience was great ! I'm new to using vapors so of course I know nothing and the staff there helped me out tremendously! I believe I dealt with Shawn? but I'm not sure because my memory sucks lol and I apologize for not knowing names but whoever helped me was so nice and very informative. I loved being able to sample the house juices but unfortunately the first time when I went to go unscrew the tank I unscrewed the wrong end and made a mess. I felt terrible but he was very nice and told me not sweat it because it happens a lot lol. Had that happened somewhere else I don't think I would have had the same reaction. Anyways I think it's important to know what you're getting and to love what you're getting and they are very persistent about making sure you don't settle and that you buy something that you love.
