We went to Mattress Warehouse after going to both Sears and Raymour and Flannigan to look at mattresses. The knowledge, expertise, and customer services here were significantly better and very much appreciated.

As an average consumer, we don't know much about mattresses or what is appropriate for our bodies for sleep. While here we learned about how different, what is comfortable and what is conducive to sleep can be. They were able to run a sleep/bed test on us and then show us specifically suggested mattresses.

I liked how they didn't pretend or try to sell us on something super expensive they showed us everything, they shared all the info on the ones we liked and let us pick- We didn't feel pressured at all and I felt like I left there with so much knowledge about sleep that I hadn't had before.

We ended up purchasing a mattress/box spring set, a mattress protector and a pillow! They were great with pricing and quick with delivery. Upon delivery, we realized that the bed was too high for our current frame - we called and within the same week they swapped out our box spring for the lower version and they were cool about it - They didn't make us feel bad, they had superb customer service!

I would highly highly recommend going there for your next mattress purchase!

This was a fantastic experience. We went earlier today as walk-ins and Gary was able to help us very shortly after our arrival. He was finishing up with another customer, but quickly made us feel welcome and got us started while he finished up. It was only a few minutes before he was able to help us, even though he was working alone at the time.

Gary walked us through the results of our mattress test and helped us understand the differences between the mattresses. That said, he also let the mattresses and the adjustable bases speak for themselves when appropriate. He provided the exact right balance of input and patience. He seemed to genuinely care about getting us the best deal possible for the best bed possible.
