Sales associates should not be checking out customers and using a register when they dont know how to do so as well as having attitude of not caring and not wanting to do her job. It was clearly obvious she did not want to check out customers when told to do so. I was next in line with 3 customers behind me when employee told me to go to another register to have.my purchase ring up. I then had to wait for that sales assoc was ready to check me out and then had to wait some more because she didnt know how to ring up my purchase with a coupon. In meantime all 3 people behing me got their merchandise ring up and left the store. She could care less. Enough was enough, enough of my time was wasted, I left the store...

The staff are helpful and unintrusive. The sales had great prices. There is something there for just about anybody. There was lots of product to try and different types like butter and lotion were place near one another. Comparing products not just scents is something most shoppers do. Long lines go very quickly, but cashiers take time to ensure customers have used all the rewards they wanted to use and get the most out of their visit at this particular location. It can get a little cramped when busy and the constant rotation of sales is a little overwhelming, but that's good to have so much inventory so they usually have what I came for, and the sales thing is more of a corporate issue than this...
