First off, YOU HAVE THE WORST WEBSITE EVER! It's absolutely terrible, slow, glitchy, half loading, you make enough money to fix this yet it remains this terrible.......I've been buying jewelry from Kay for over 15 years, last 8 years at this particular store and I had my wedding band custom made at this location. My engagement ring has a special contour so I had to get a band custom Made, I was first quoted $1,500 for my band. You give them your engagement ring so your band can fit ther right contours and they create a mold. Long story short, they had my engagement ring 3 months, got it back, they needed it again, another 2 months. I finally received my wedding band 3 weeks before my wedding and SURPRISE now my band is $3,300 , hmmm funny how that works huh. I had no choice, they knew I had no choice. My band is beautiful and perfect but the customer service was terrible, you don't double the price and back the bride into a corner, smart for them bad for business. The women here since Sam left are less then warm and fuzzy, snarky, rude and left feeling like you don't matter. I have since changed stores and my husband and i, who both have a credits to Kay now go to Montgomery Store, he just purchased a gorgeous ring last Christmas and was very happy with the service. He'll be returning there this week for another purchase. Thanks Kay of Center Valley for being greedy little trolls who suck the happiness and money out of brides to be, that's incredibly disgusting behavior and you should be ashamed of yourselves. Either quote the right price in the beginning (you had my ring to do so, so there was absolutely no justifiable reason it increased this much, the manager at this place is absolutely terrible) or honor your WRITTEN previous quote. I almost has a heart attack not knowing if my ring would be ready, then got gut punched by that unexpected charge. I almost switched jewelry stores all together after this. Customer service IS your business, we're good customers and all customers should be treated...

I visited this location recently, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. From the moment I walked in, I felt an unsettling air of judgment. The staff seemed to make assumptions about me based on my appearance rather than treating me like a valued customer.

I was interested in a few pieces, but rather than receiving guidance or assistance, I felt overlooked and even ignored at times. It was disheartening to see other customers being warmly welcomed while I was met with cold indifference.

When I finally did receive assistance, the salesperson's tone was condescending, making me feel as though my choices were not worthy of consideration. I left feeling belittled and frustrated, which is not how anyone should feel while shopping for something as special as jewelry.

0 stars.. Would never recommend this store. Do not buy a ring from here if you have to get it sized. Whoever they send it to does not know what their doing or just doesn’t care. My ring was originally sized by them when purchased, then had to be returned 2x because it cracked where it was sized. I just got it back a couple days ago and you can already see the cracks from where it was sized. Visibly upset I pointed it out to the girl and she couldn’t see anything wrong with it.. at this point Kay’s has had my ring longer than I have and they totally ruined my experience being engaged so far.. The girl who sold us the ring had told us she would call to decide what we’re going to do after she spoke to their customer service the next morning and we never heard from her. We had to call them to get any updates.. Worst...
