At 42 years old I haven’t ever left a google review. I am angry enough that this is my first. The sales folks in the store are very kind and helpful, but their parent company is absolutely terrible. Last Friday our new $10k sleep number bed was delivered. The delivery crew was not able to communicate in English, so there was no instruction about how to use the bed or app. After about an hour one side deflated. I raised the number back up and went about my evening. Before bed, it was deflated again. Over the course of my very uncomfortable and sleepless night it deflated on its own multiple times. The local store referred me to the customer support line which is closed over the weekend. Adam at the store was good enough to drive over to my house and help me with a “temp fix” and I appreciate that. Today being Monday I called customer support again. They are going to mail me parts, and a tech will be out in a week to fix the bed.
This is unreal. I guess I will be sleeping on a couch for a week. I got absolutely no sense of urgency or care from the customer support line.
Stay away. Do not spend your money with this company. Once they have it, they stop caring about you or...

After ordering my bed, a delivery date was scheduled for a month later... partially due to my being available only on Fridays through Mondays. No weekend deliveries I was told. After waiting all day... my time being changed numerous times, (the last one being midnight!), it was rescheduled for the Sunday. The tech had a problem getting the bed connected. It worked for 10 hours. I called customer service next morning.... they could come in another 3 weeks! After I insisted that my $10,000 bed could be returned at that time, they scheduled a repair for yesterday.. Sunday. I was given "window".... however, they were also very busy that day (again... third day of service) and wanted to come at 9:30 pm on Sunday. I had waited at home past my window of 1 - 4 pm. My husband gets up for work at 4 am. I rescheduled just now.... Will my bed...
