Today I walked in with a custom made piece of Jewelry that I ordered online from another vendor. Long story short the necklace was short and the entire necklace with individual letters needed to be re set. The challenge was the letters had the tiniest holes. So a staff member took the necklace apart found a necklace thin enough to fit through the holes and took the time to reset the necklace. It was a process many would not take on. They would have said. You didn’t buy it here so go somewhere else. They didn’t. She took the time and happened to have her tools and made it happen. The best thing is she was happy to do it. She had the best attitude. She enjoyed the challenge of it all. You rarely see that anymore. I buy most of my jewelry online. This is the only local jewelry store I go to for myself and gifts for others. Today made me a happy satisfied customer. I will continue...

Buyer beware! I purchased a pair of earrings at Dandelion in The Promenade Shops at Saucony Valley...a style similar to one I've been looking for. Marissa waited on me for the purchase and the attempted return. I expressed concern when purchasing as some earrings cause me skin irritation. Marissa said that I could bring them back if I have an issue. When I attempted to return them I was told they wouldn't refund my account. I assumed return meant refund..silly me. The only options were store credit or exchange. I took a closer look at the receipt this time and it does state no cash or credit...

This is my new favorite jewelry store. Not only r the sales staff helpful, knowledgeable and very nice, the selections offered are not what one would find in the "vanilla" chain jewelry stores.
