Per Mar has done a GREAT job for me! It was a little sticky in the beginning, as the original solution they provided for me wasn't working. It took several months for the NVR company to come out with the NVR and software to make my cameras do what they needed to do, but Per Mar was there assuring me things would be taken care of the whole way. I'm very happy with the extensive security camera system they installed (26 cameras) and a state of the art intrusion system. I own Canine Country Club in WDM. It's of the utmost importance that we have great cameras throughout our facility for the safety and well-being of all dogs and staff. The camera portion that got kind of tricky for Per Mar was the exclusive amenity we offer to our Luxury Suite Dog Boarding clients. We have cameras in each luxury suite for the parent's to view their dog when they're in their suite. Parent's LOVE this. Now that we have the cameras all working the way they should, it's been fabulous! We have 26 cameras set up on my account as the owner that I can see, rewind, record, etc. We have 25 cameras set up for my managers to view only, and 9 Luxury Suite cameras set up for the dog owners to see. This has worked out to be a great configuration. I'm very happy with the services provided by Per Mar. Now I only wish I had used them for my keyless door entry system. I got that from another company and I'm very unhappy with it. In the future, I will be switching that to Per Mar as well. Kelly, Scott, Chance and Jerry and everyone have been great to work with. Just yesterday I placed a service ticket and Jerry was out here first things the next morning to change some camera configuration for me. I...
Read moreAbsolute worst company and security officers in the industry! This supposed security company does patrols and parking permit checks for the business complex my office is unfortunately located in for the time being. Try to get ahold of anyone by phone that can actually help you, I dare you! They throw you into an endless loop of transfers all over the state of Iowa. Long story short, new hot bar moves in next door, all of a sudden my business parking (a parking permit area required by the owner of the property, which is why per mar was hored to enforce permits) is completely overtaken by said new bars customers. And commence endless transfer loop of phone calls, Omaha to Dsm to Davenport back to Omaha back to Dsm....and during all this the stereotypical per mar lazy guard drives right through the property, and does not stop, does not do anything at all but look at all the cars that shouldn't be there and just leaves. So I tell at least 2 of the ppl in the endless phone transfer the exact per mar id# on the car that just drove through, and both absolute waste of space' say,"well let me transfer you to someone that can help you" and argued they could not look up the cars' id#. ??? Seems to me, they try everything in their power to not do a dam thing especially anything...
Read moreI called Per Mar to let them know I would be moving out of state and wanted to cancel my agreement. Told them I would pay the two years left on the agreement and was wanting to have the False Alarm portion dropped as I wouldn't be in the house. Told I would have to sign another five year agreement. When you sign up with them you better read your papers carefully as they are not about customer service. Chad was the one I talked to. He told me they would be losing money by dropping that part of the agreement. Which, I realized it would be seven dollars less a month for two years but they wouldn't be providing any service at the house and still get their two years of money out of me for nothing. Also every year they send out a letter saying their going to raise their rates but never put in the letter what they rates are going to be. I have had to call them to find out. You have 30 days of getting the letter to say you don't agree with the rate increase. You can bet I will be doing that this time and everything will be sent by certified mail. I have used ADT in the pass and never had this sort of problem. Our state leaders are always saying to keep your dollars at home, well I tried but...
