Called and asked for a SPECIFIC 3 range prong cord that worked both for a stove and a dryer, as well as needed to it be 10ft. The guy said yes they had them I triple checked that we were talking about the same cord because of getting the wrong one already. He assured me he had it. On arrival he said he didn’t carry the cord and that I had asked for a completely different one which is impossible because I had again TRIPLE CHECKED we were talking about the same cord! Thanks for wasting my time and obviously just trying to get me off the phone by saying yes you had it when in all actuality you didn’t probably due to calling close to closing or just plain arrogance! After several minutes of panicked googling, I found a listing for the replacement coil on the Dey Distributing website. Imagine my relief when I realized there was a storefront in Urbandale! A malfunction that could’ve ruined my meticulously planned state fair baking was fixed within an hour — trips to and from Dey included — and the first of my entries are ready for judging today. The employees were so kind, helpful, and supportive. What a blessing to have these guys 15 minutes away. They deserve a blue ribbon to go with their five stars! I’ll never go anywhere else for...

I explained that I had severe health problems & my contractor wasn’t calling me back. He replied “explain to me how this is my problem”. I contacted corporate they apologized for my experience & emailed a copy to me. Perhaps that is not part of their regular services however the ADA states that business must accommodate disabled people including “policies, practices and procedures”.
