I purchased airpods here. When the guy who work at election section ask what kind of airpods we want my husband said the new one then he gave me the original airpods which was the first version not the airpods 2. I didnât know about it because they are similar until i go to the Youtube search for the direction for using the airpods( the direction on the book letters too small i rather watch on youtube)then i realized the one they gave us wasnât the one we asked for. We went back there asked for exchange or return they said no they couldnât do nothing if the sealed is broke and there notjing wrong with my airpods. The team leader of Customer service at the store i purchased gave me customer service online as us call that number see if they can do anything for my purchase. After a several time calling thanks God that Johnny said i can return it to the store i bought. He gave me the Case number tell me give it to customer service store they will know because Johnny already sent them the return documents. Once again we went to store give them Case number but all i received is their attitude. They grind look at us said she (store MANAGER) cant do nothing with that number. there no way for her to access with that number. I said can you call your customer service agent and ask them why they gave me an invalid number. The manager told me that no. She cant do nothing with that. Her name is Shannan and one staff there his is Darin. They look at us like we make up there story. They just let us stay at the counter ignore us and ask for next customer.    Read moreYes- you all have a supervisor named Irfran at your Lakeside Mall location (13221 Hall Rd., Shelby Township; MI 48315) that is EXTREMELY rude! My daughter and I were actually enjoying our shopping experience until we ran into him at the register. We were couponing as we usually do and it seemed as though Irfran had a serious attitude due to the fact that we were being helped at the register prior to the store closing and during us being assisted by a nice woman Irfran came over very rudely as to rush us, explain to us that he did not know what the coupons meant even though he, himself had never even taken the time to read them. He made me read each coupon one by one while huffing and puffing and mumbling under his breath that Target is closed. Mind you; it couldnât have been anymore than a few extra mins after closing time but regardless to the fact I am a paying customer and also was being helped prior to the store even closing. This is very disappointing as I visit Target often and often recommended my friends as well. After also attempting to intimidate my 13 year old daughter by staring her down out of frustration we simply paid for our things; I asked what exactly his position was in the store; thanked the women that actually did take time to help us and werenât rude about it and left. After 2 hours of waiting I pulled into a numbered space where I continue to wait. I saw multiple people get their orders before me. Some people were going inside because the wait was so long but came back empty handed and continued waiting so I continued waiting for another 1.5 hours.
