Had a great experience with my very first float! The team and facilities were wonderful. As this is a brand new location, Iād like to also offer some feedback. Pricing was very confusing. When I called, I was told my first float was free, as was my Daughterās as it was her first float and her Birthday. Cool, a no risk way to try it out. At the end of our appointment we were told the free floats are only valid with the purchase of a membership $65-110 a month. No biggie but prices should be very clearly communicated prior to the first float. Perhaps add it to the instruction video that we watched as first timers. One more piece of feedback: many elderly, or physically impaired individuals that would greatly benefit from your service. However, they would not be able to get in and out of the tanks easily/safely. Even someone clumsy, like myself, felt a little uneasy getting out of the tank as everything felt a little slippery. I would highly recommend adding a soft spa-like floor mat by the tank, and adding some type of safety bar to the tank. Even a simple bar on the rim of the tank would be highly beneficial to many. During my first visit, I found garbage left in the room from the prior client, and despite requesting music to be played, it was never turned on. The owner did offer an oxygen treatment as an apology, but it wasn't set up properly and no oxygen or flavor was ever dispensed.
I decided to give them another chance after two months, but halfway through my session, the motor suddenly came on and lights turned on, waking me up. The music was interrupted when voices came over the speaker, which completely disrupted the experience. Despite working directly with the owner, I was told there would be no refund for my prepaid credits. The owner also stated this has never happened but there was another client n the oasis with the same complaint!
I hope they can address these issues for future clients, but I unfortunately cannot recommend this place based on my...

Explained what happened did not happen so I was a little confused. He forgot about me for about twenty minutes So I'm bouncing around and these lights are going on and off.I did not know that Was normal and finally it was dark The music came . I should say.I try pushing the buttons and didn't get any response with anything Or anyone talking to me. When The Soothing music came on that I asked for it had drums and bells did not relax during the whole time , which seemed like forever could not Wait to get out and being in a hurry.I even left my flip flops there and left with yours So I will be back to get mine.
