Taco Bell — Restaurant in Utica

This is the closest Taco Bell by my house so I've been going here for years, but I finally gave up. There are many stories, but I'll give you the worst two; My brother and I went there for breakfast and they took my order, but when my brother came up right after me they said they were out. He said nevermind, he'll just go somewhere else. Then a couple came in and ordered breakfast... and got their breakfast. My brother went up and asked them if he could have it too since he was first, and they said no they're out. We were very polite and they just didn't care about losing customers. The final straw was when again, my brother and I went, they took his order, and then turned their backs on me. I was a little confused but waited anyway. My brother got his food and and I was standing at the counter with my card in hand, the employee made eye contact with me and said have a good day. I held up my card with a confused expression, and he turned and walked away again. Finally, after waiting twenty minutes, I called out that I was there. Still they took five minutes to get to the counter. It didn't matter, I had had it. Never went back...

around 130 pm Tuesday September 1st. I placed an order at the kiosk during my lunch break. my order was skipped. 3 people received their meals before I was asked if I was waiting for food. I was then told they need me to repeat my order because they couldn't go back and find it. I used the kiosk because I had a few alterations to some items and it is easier to edit them this way. after repeating my order once I was asked to repeat it again. At this point I had about 10 minutes left of my lunch break so I asked for a refund instead. I still needed to repeat my order for them to be able to even offer a refund. Instead of being apologized to or offered anything for the inconvenience, all that was done was "my card should be refunded in a couple of days". Basically I spent my lunch break loaning taco bell $8.88 for a couple of days. Usually this place is pretty good. I've had minor problems before, no sauce upon requesting, not grilling items, sloppy put together quesadilla melts.. etc.. but this was...

Worst Taco Bell ever !! And the manager there is a hoot. I’ve only been here two times and both times they messed up my order . I had asked a substitution from beef to chicken and the girl who takes your order said “sure”. I had gone there the second time only because it was on my way and I thought it’s human to err so I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt. But sure enough the order was messed up again. So I called them after the second time because I thought the manager should at least know what her employees are doing. But the manager started arguing with me refusing to agree that I could’ve possibly gotten a wrong order. I had to go to the limit of describing to her the difference between ground meat ( beef) and the grilled chicken that comes with the chicken ones but she couldn’t comprehend any of it.
