Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Utica

I guess maybe the employees here are trained differently than main stores. My matcha frap if always too thick, overly icy, and has absolutely no flavor. Tastes more like milk than matcha. Anytime I bring up my issues with the drink, they say they followed the instructions on how to make it. If that's the case, then it shoul taste like the various other stores I've gone to. Not sure why this is pretty much the only store I have an issue with. Recently, when I order a pink drink here, the girls there have not made it with the right measurements and it turns out way too dark or way too light. Totally throws off the taste and doesnt taste like a pink drink. When It's made too dark it means there is too much strawberry acai and I end up with a headache. Part of me wants to have them fix it but I feel like a burden for asking. Just wish it was made correctly. 😞 sorry for the three stars.
