Going, Going, Gone! — Local services in Utica

After a WONDERFUL employee from the Chesterfield location helped me locate both items I needed that were not available at their location, I had a horrible Christmas shopping experience at the Dick's in Utica. Chesterfield called and requested that Utica hold my items as I was on my way to purchase them. I drove 25 minutes out of my way, only to find that they did not have my items at the counter. To add insult to injury, we then encountered an associate who, in not so many words, insinuated that my husband was a liar and argued about honoring their online price for an identical product. The final straw was the attitude given by the cashier when she was asked to apply a $20 off of a $100 purchase coupon to my order.

I understand working retail can be taxing, especially during the holidays, but this was ridiculous.

We will never use this location again. Shame on you Dick's in Utica. Your customer service...
