Vinny and his staff are amazing. I knew I didn’t want to go to a big box store for my IS300 and that I wanted the audio work done correctly, efficiently, and precisely. I got all three with Vinny and his team. I wanted my speakers in the front seat area replaced since they simply didn’t work, as well as a new head unit as the one I currently have is quite fickle. To start it off Vinny suggested to do the speakers first and then the head unit at a later date. When I got my car back my speakers sounded amazing! It sounded like he installed a subwoofer when he didn’t! Sounds like a live band playing in my car! I’ll be making the appointment for my head unit soon and will update how that goes with a before and after video or something!

He answered all of my questions, addressed any concerns and, the best part, was that he was not pushy or aggressive at all to make a sale.
