If I could give this store a negative zero review, I would. My father in law (a veteran) had asked questions before the guy cut him off while asking what options we had, he purchased tires in the last year or so, I have all the receipts, everything they need to warranty a return or service. Today, I picked up a nail in my tire. It hit the sidewall which I already knew was covered under warranty. However, the tire was discontinued! So, we were told we had to buy 4 tires in order for them to service us. This was after waiting 2 hours, in which they were supposed to evaluate the nail, and then put on the spare tire (which they did not do) after two hours, they simply looked at the tire, didn’t even pull it into a bay, and let us know since it’s not repairable and discontinued, “you have to buy 4 new tires because it’s AWD” Didn’t even give us the option of driving away with a different brand of tire. I worked at a service station, I get the composites of tires, but, the fact that they didn’t even give us the option of buying a different manufacturer of tire? Nope, he said the tire is discontinued, so if we wanted the credit back on the tire, we would have to purchase 4 new tires. I get that it’s AWD, but if you are in a bind, and just need one tire? They never pulled my car in! He had no problems handing me my keys. Hope I don’t get in an accident. I’m going straight to America’s Tire center and never stepping foot in a Costco again. Upon entering, I tried going through the exit door to get to the tire center, I got yelled at by a representative, and told I had to go through the entrance side . Did that got yelled at several times. Told them was going to the tire center, they told me I still had to “Scan in” told them my father in law was in the tire center and I had the keys to the vehicle. The guy at the front, said in a sarcastic voice; “well, that’s all you had to say” I tried to say it a few times! I’m done with Costco. Was considering renewing my membership, but, no! Get your stuff together. Was never so embarrassed or made to feel like I was in the wrong than today. Even though that tire was under warranty. Oh, and upon calling was told if we could get there within 20 minutes they could help us. 4 hours later and having to go to another store. Shame. You lost a customer. I know a lot of the story is left out. They basically handed me my keys and said I could check my own tires and leave. Even with my father in law having purchased the tires. I'm an instacart employee .as I approached the counter the front end manager Liz and to Latino Associates spoke Spanish saying something in their native tongue n laughed . the cashier nonchalaughlty said hello whIle the other two looked as if I was foreign .the cashier continued to assist me with my transaction. A black man out of nowhere ' takes over for the female Latino bagger .when it came to purchasing I slide my card as normal and the cashier said I was typing the uncorrect credentials. I stated I did have the correct pin number I physically placed my phone up ,behind the glass slide , to indicate politely that I was entering the correct pin number . the front end manager Liz came into the transaction which she was one of the oringal three who made previpus gestures "she then took over for the cashier saying she didn't have time for this. And that I was holding up the line !and for me to move aside and have the African-American male associate to help me at another counter . I didn't understand why she had an attitude . my perception was that she didn't like me or who I was period!!!!Had nothing to do with my great body language n energy I was giving . did not grant this person who I don't know to not treat me with digignity n respect . on that moment I could tell I was being treated away because of who I was.... I snatched the receipt paper out of of her hand and she said that she would report me to instacart .how can you report someone to instacart that you do not know? I am tranagender n African American. If this how Costco treat black people !!! Take your money elsewhere.

I am utterly appalled by the treatment my family and I received at this Costco location today. Despite having a valid, active membership, we were denied entry at the door. I was with my two infant children, and instead of assistance or basic courtesy, we were met with hostility and disrespect from the staff. Multiple employees, including the manager, subjected me to verbal abuse, calling me "stupid" and berating me and my young children for apparently taking up too much space at the entrance – an entrance that wasn't even busy at the time. The manager actually laughed at me while joining in on the insults. This behavior is unprofessional, unacceptable, and frankly, disgusting. My wife, who worked for Costco for 10 years across three different states, was with me and felt unsafe due to the employees' aggressive behavior and harassment. We have shopped at Costcos in at least 10 different states and have never encountered anything remotely close to this level of incompetence and malice. This specific location is an embarrassment to the Costco name. The leadership is clearly lacking, fostering a toxic environment where employees feel empowered to harass members. This store needs an immediate change in management – starting with firing the store manager responsible for this disgraceful conduct.
