I recently had the pleasure of dining at Outback, and I cannot express enough how impressed I was with the exceptional service provided by Katie, the talented bartender. From the moment I took a seat at the bar, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile that set the tone for the entire evening.

Absolutely stoked to be eating indoors again with food servers and drink refills and friendly, smiling faces. Okay... So it's hard to tell if everyone's smiling through masks, but it was definitely friendly service from the moment we walked in for a quick bite and were greeted by the hostess, Peyton. She told us we could wait outside until a table was ready, and texted my phone with that alert moments later.

Lots of tables removed inside but Ashanti and Alex did a great job attending to the ones full of people. In addition to the paper menus they are required to have, there are electronic ones so you can add on crispy, coconut shrimp, get a drink refill, or splurge on dessert, without having to order through your server. We even paid using this machine at the end of our lunch, after asking to be shown how to use it. Simple!

Food was as delicious as ever. Crisp, fresh salads.. Tortilla soup with rich flavors and gooey cheese on top, their hot, buttery bread... And outstanding service! This place was not up to par! Such price for horrible food and service. The only good thing about this place was that they were able to seat my party of 8 at 6:30 pm on a holiday. Any other place we tried couldn't accommodate us without splitting us up or making us wait for 2 hours. So we got promptly seated but it went down hill from there. Most of the people with me never been there and they don't want to go there ever again. I really love the blooming onion so I ordered two to impress my friends but one arrived undercooked and the other so dried out and over cooked that we didn't eat half of each. We were hungry and ready to eat some yummy food and while waiting we devoured the bread and asked for more and it never came. Some of our food was missing and some of the food was spicy yet here was no warning it would be so on the manu. We asked the waitress to help us out but she was either too busy or not a good waitress. Some of us got drink refills while others never got any. We even asked other staff to help but they never passed on the message or it was ignored. No wonder we got seated so quick. They had many tables empty and now we understand why. I've been to other Outback Steakhouses but it was never so bad. Such a nice ambiance but not the food or service...
