WORST EMPLOYEE CONDUCT EXPERIENCE AT ANY DINING ESTABLISHMENT... EVER. On April 1st, 2022, we arrived at 9:25PM at "non-coned off' stall, and employees told us to relocate to the five stalls directly up front. Two were open, but how was i to know? Shrugged it off, moved around stall, ordered food, got food around 9:45PM. I was wondering why there was so many unused stalls, checked online while eating 9:50PM and saw: Closes at 10pm?! (On a Friday?) So i pushed the button immediately to order my dessert... and a girl rudely comes on and says "Sorry we are not taking any more orders" and abruptly cut me off. 9:52PM -- Looked over my shoulder and saw drive thru closed also (wow, never seen that before). So, stayed in stall to finish my food with my wife... and then... 10PM - THE EMPLOYEES SHUT ALL THE STALLS OVERHEAD LIGHTS OFF LEAVING US AND TWO OTHER CARS IN TOTAL DARKNESS!! (There was a child in one of those other cars) How did we respond? We finished our food by my own car's headlights. Post-10PM in Darkness with Headlights On: (There was enough ambient light to see this): 10:05 PM: Employee (Male) Runs out from left hand side behind our car to his car in a hurried 'know that this is wrong, better scram pace' 10:10 PM: Two other male employees depart Sonic with (get this) DESSERT SHAKES -- must be nice to get dessert DEPARTED - 10:15PM Food Review: Drinks Were Good, Mozzarella Sticks Good... rest was "ok"... but this experience left the WORST TASTE IN MY MOUTH... Read moreLast night I was driving back from davis and really craving a butterfinger blizzard. I knew sonic would be the best place to get one. I Ordered a 2 #6s, 2 pretzel twist, 3 milkshakes (butterfinger, strawberry and oreo cheesecake). The lady came out with our food handed me my shake and said it was reese's milkshake. I was really upset but I am not wasteful so I felt like I had to keep the drink. Then she only handed me 2 straws and 1 spoon for our drinks. I started pulling the food out and noticed we were short a twist. I tell the lady who seems annoyed but says she can get a new one. When she does bring it back she acted super annoyed and just said "Here". I tried drinking my shake however still being really disappointed that it was not butterfinger I decided to order a new one. As I placed the order they rang it up full price even though it was after 8pm. I asked her why and the lady said we dont do half off on the blast. Which is funny cause the drinks I got with the meals were half off. I told her about all the incidents that happened with the order and not once did they even apologize for messing up the order or even try to make the situation better. I canceled my new shake order cause I was afraid the rude people would spit or do something to my drink. Very disappointed in their service and will not be back.

We ordered our food about an hour and a half ago. 45 minutes have gone by and still no food, we contacted a worker who apologized and told us that he would immediately send some of our orders out. Another additional 30 minutes go by and still nothing. We once again contacted an employee who was the original person to serve our order who ultimately told us that she never inputted our order into the system an hour and a half ago. She said that we could reorder our food but thats all they would do and then she hung ip on us. We called this location to speak with a manager, Shane, after explaining our situation for the numerous time. He stated that he knew the situation and looked up our order in the system but, was unable to find anything therefore he could not void our order. In disbelief, Shane questioned us regarding the employee's name, we told him that his employee's never gave out their names, and he said, " oh...right". Although he apologized, he wasn't interested in solving the problem and in our opinions, we were disappointed in the resolution and the were disappointed of effort.
