iParts and Phone — Local services in Vacaville

Extremely unprofessional. They ordered the screen for my phone to have it repaired, then told me the part was in. When I arrive, they take my phone, and tell me to come back in an hour and a half. When I return I am told that the wrong part was shipped....ya I'm sure. They probably should check that the correct part is there before they tell customers to bring their devices in. So I leave. Then the next the day correct part is supposedly there, all the while the gentleman on the phone (Zach) was laughing and having a great time while on the phone with me, super unprofessional, especially with the circumstances. So I return about 2 hours after they open. When I arrive, I am told the guy who actually repairs the phones is not there....Why they didn't think that they should CALL and tell me that so I didn't waste my time driving back and fourth again, I will never understand. I was told by Zach that "he just found out" ....even though they open at 10 a.m and it was noon....I ended up taking my phone to the Repair All in Vacaville. They are so much more professional than this dump. The employees are more professional, and the store itself is cleaner and just a much better experience. Don't even waste your time with these guys, they will just...

Took my GS4 in to replace cracked screen. The first screen burned out my LCD so, screen went black. I was told that sometimes the glue used does that WTH?!. The second screen does not work properly. Can't answer my phone after many swipes, screen freezes when texting, when letters such as the n,i,k &l key are tapped I usually get six each ex: annnnnnnnnnnnnnd. There are also floating bubbles when screen tapped. When I took my phone back for what would be a third screen, I was told that they did have a bad batch of screens so they would replace no problem. I wasn't able to leave my phone that day and when I returned a couple of days later was told by the manager that they never have bad screens and he was not able to repeat any of the problems that I said was happening. I know that he didn't even look at it because when I picked it up that afternoon the paperwork attached to my phone was blank and the employee had to ask him what was done. I have to buy a new phone just wish I would've done that before...

I came here about 6 months ago for the screen protector they have that is not the normal glass protector. The person who put my original one on was very informative of the differences, benefits and downsides of both the glass and the product I got. It took virtually no time at all to get it placed. The first application of the protector didn't take and I had to go back to get it fixed. The owner is who did the second placing of my screen protector and again, very informative. Both people were very respectful and there were a couple customers that came in after and before me. Greeted every person and helped them as they could. They don't try to upsell you on anything from my experience, they provide you with the information for you to make a decision. As for the product I purchased, HIGHLY recommend that screen protector as it lasted me longer than any other screen protector on the market and did a superb job of protecting my phone. I will be returning to this place for my future needs for...
