‼️WARNING‼️DO NOT TAKE YOUR ELECTRONICS HERE.... They are overpriced Took my IPhone 7 with a speaker problem they said it will be done in a week, I went back to check on the phone(because they never called to give me an update) found out the phone wasn’t ready, he said we are waiting for the part, another 2 weeks passed without even a phone call, went there again..... I asked about my phone, he says is ready, we went through the list to make sure everything worked, turns out the camera or video were not not working( not taking pictures or videos at all... SO, I had to leave it there AGAIN to be “fixed”. Another 2 weeks went by... with no updates again.... SO I was already kind of frustrated, told them to fix or I want my phone and money back. They said it will be ready by Monday no matter what. Go there on Wednesday and is not ready... So altogether I waited 5 weeks.... MANAGER, SUPERVISOR OR WHOEVER IS IN CHARGE OF THIS I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR MY PHONE’ S CAMERA WORKING PROPERLY!!!! Very UNPROFESSIONAL! This is the worst place...

This is from a year ago. I didn't post bc I felt it was a one time mistake and was not intentional. I just heard a similar experience from the same time frame. I brought iPhone 10 in for screen replacement. I explained I would not give the passcode and I would be back to test it with the younger guy working. The phone has about 10x of password attemps before it locks out for good. I told him this. I offered to stay around if he thought this would be an issues.

When I got the call, the phone said one more try until locked permanently. He called the female owner/manager who asked me to wait 35 minutes. She told it was protocol, the whole way it happened.

Even if the guy wasn't trying to get into my phone, it would have avoided the situation to just wait to turn it on until I was there. Or say it up front. Plus it was overpriced, the lied and basically held phone hostage.

My boss has had trouble with the Bluetooth earpieces that he gets from Verizon so I went to this store to see what we could do to try to get something that worked better. Not only did the new Bluetooth work better with his phone, but it also cost less than the many he had been getting from Verizon.

This store has tons of items for good prices!

While I was there they asked me about my phone and I showed it to them. After talking with them about what they recommended for me I ended up buying a new case and a glass screen protector. My phone is almost two years old and mainly with the new screen protector that they installed for me the phone looks brand new. Great feeling to have a phone that doesn't look old anymore! Plus the new screen protector is easier to clean than the plastic...
