“I had an incredible experience at Falafel & Gyro in Fairfield. After a long day without food, I was in search of a halal restaurant for a quick bite. I stumbled upon this gem while searching for halal options on Google Maps. To my surprise, the restaurant was about to close in 15 minutes. Despite the time constraint, Safi, the cashier, warmly welcomed me and not only served me food but also allowed me to enjoy it inside the restaurant.

Safi’s kindness and willingness to go above and beyond made my visit truly memorable. The fact that he accommodated me even after they had already cleaned the place and were ready to close shows the level of customer care they provide. He even set up chairs for me to ensure I had a comfortable meal.

This experience at Falafel & Gyro was a true blessing, and Safi was the highlight of my day. My husband and I have been curious about this restaurant since we moved here in the Summer. The menu is simple and prices are fair. We were greeted promptly by the gentlemen cooking and he stepped away to take our order. We ordered one lamb/beef gyro and a falafel gyro. After we ordered the place started to fill up and get busy. Our food took about 15 mins to come out, nice and freshly made to order. Presentation was awesome. Ginormous portions. Some of my meat spilled out the gyro so I grabbed the excess and got my first taste. Wowww!!! Amazing flavor!!!! I could eat a cup of the meat all on its own without any condiments it was so good. My husband ordered the falafel and said his was good as well I handed him a handful of my lamb/beef and didn’t say a word but just observed him. Once he tasted it, there was a moment of silence and instant flush of jealousy over his face for not ordering the lamb/beef 🤣 the falafel was good, don’t get me wrong but, the lamb/beef is the star!
