This is an updated review. 5+ stars remain. Could I add 5 stars? I DID cancel Best Buy and for the next 3 years I used this company exclusively. In 2024 I moved to Kentucky Ky. Today (8-29-25) I drove FROM KY with my computer for service HERE. Does that tell you of my confidence in them? I waited for their patient and thorough exam and walked out still a very happy customer. On an Holiday WeekEnd at that. Only in town tonight and they accommodated me professionally. Thankful for outstanding service rarely found these days.
