UPDATE I want to thank the owner, he understood and accepted my apology for the message I left on his phone. I was upset when I got to the business and he was gone making me make another trip up to Valdese, when I live in Hickory. I picked up my bracelet today (8-7-18) and he has done a real good job on it.

They have had my bracelet for almost a month. I called a few weeks ago and the man told me the clasp for my bracelet was backordered. I called today (8-2-18) and he told me that my bracelet was ready to be picked up. He also said that he was closing at 5:00. I came from Hickory and pulled in at 4:55 and they were already closed. I have no problem him closing early 5:00 instead of 5:30. When you know someone is coming and has asked what time are you closing don't cut out earlier than you have already said.

P.S. I would or will change this if and when I hear back from the owner of the business...

P.S.S. Ok I decided to do an UPDATE instead of deleting what I had put on here. I also only gave it a total of 4* because I have been taught that if we see 5* all the time you may think that there's no need of improvement. I was taught that we all could use improvement...
