Town of Valdese — Local services in Valdese

This review is for the woman who works at the water department in Valdese, if I knew your name, I would happily add it. I’m sorry I was too busy with my mother being sick with cancer, and in and out of the hospital, to think of calling Valdese water dept. to let you know you should probably turn her water off. I’m an only child that was taking care of my sick and dying mother. You really showed your “compassion” when you told my grandfather that I should have called to tell you that my mothers water needed to be cut off.

Next time I’ll be sure to give you a call while my only parent is being hospitalized, and hospice being called in, just to let you know her water needs to be turned off. I hope and pray nobody treats you that way. Btw, stop charging people after the water has...

Valdese is where I call home! It's such a gorgeous town nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. My family and I chose Valdese because of the kind citizens that make Valdese what it is. Our children attend the schools that have smaller classrooms and allows teachers to interact with students.
