Although during this experience our food was decent our service was most definitely horrible. After standing there for more than enough time, a manager had to alert the counter person to wait on us. When I turned around to see where she was coming from I realize that she was tending to her child. I was floored to see that her child was at work with her. She didn't actually greet us she quickly took our order and went back to what she was doing, half cleaning the dining room and half taking care of her child. I have worked in fast food for and have worked in management for years. I have never brought my child to work nor have I ever allowed one of my employees to bring their child to work under any circumstance. This affects the work that that person is performing, it affects the way that they treat their customers, and it affects their overall attitude. We chose to dine in, that was a mistake. This small child was under the age of 3, she was running around, dancing, screaming, and acting like a typical toddler normally would act. When her mother wasn't watching her it would have been so easy for someone to walk out the door with her. There was no way she could keep her eye on her at all times. This was not only unprofessional of this Taco Bell but irresponsible of the mom. When we left I was getting in my car and could hear this child screaming. I am absolutely floored by the unprofessional way this operation has been being run. This is the first time in over a year I have decided to dine here. The last time we were here the food and again service was so horrible that we have not been back. Once again let down, however the food has gotten better. You work in a service industry, you should probably have great customer service. You cannot provide adequate customer service if you are off task because of a humongous...
Read morei drove in here after working an open to close shift, so i was beyond starving, tired & burnt out. i consistently come here after work because it’s the only open restaurant i pass on my way home at almost 1am. i’m tired, i try not to go out of my way if i don’t need. so i frequent here a lot, and almost every experience is terrible. Missing items, rude staff, lazy staff. i say lazy because i pulled up not to much before 1am, yes i understand closing is at 2, but if i can take a entire table & give impeccable service 15 minutes before closing after working a 14 hour shift, i expect the same treatment from a fast food service member for the 3 minutes they have to see my face over an hour before closing. i asked for Nacho Fries, they didn’t want to drop them so i couldn’t have that, same with cinnabons, i asked for 12 but they only had 6 because they didn’t want to cook more, & i accepted them thinking it would be fine. turns out i wasted my money because they were cold! i asked for a drink, watched the person at the window look at the drink machine that was already disassembled, turn around to speak to someone, then rudely hand me my food & sent me on my way. every other time i come, i’m told to drive around to the front where i sit for 30-45 minutes to receive cold food. i’m not gonna fight with someone about a soda, because i’m exhausted & have no energy, but i damn sure hope people take the time to read this & save themselves an awful experience. cooperate needs to send some people for a few weeks to make this place even worth being open, because this is all wrong, everyday, every visit, time & time again. i get having rough days & tired employees, but are they really worth keeping if they make people want to avoid the...
Read moreProbably the best TB I've been to that I can remember! The portions were huge. Much better than ours at home. I got a bean burrito and pintos & cheese. The burrito was stuffed full of beans, onions, & cheese, and the pintos & cheese had so much cheese it was like eating spaghetti!
Hubby had a chicken chalupa supreme, cheesy fiesta potatoes, & cinnabon bites. His chalupa was so stuffed that it made a giant mess with cheese and lettuce all over the place, oh and sour cream. The cheesy potatoes had a generous portion (hubby's wording) of sour cream, too, compared to what we're used to. He made a big mess.
We didn't wait long for them to fill our order, but the odd thing was the person behind us got their order before us...?
Leon, the manager, waited on us and was very friendly. We were greeted within seconds of walking in the door, but not hounded to order immediately. We didn't feel pressured one bit. The kiosks were behind us, but we didn't use them. All of the staff was friendly. Leon even came over to our table to check on us after we sat down and asked if we got all of our food.
The bathrooms were clean. The men's room was as clean as you would expect (you know, pee dribbles). The women's room was very clean. Neither had paper towels or toilet paper on the floor, or nasty floors, etc.
The menu was clearly marked for vegetarian options, but you can always ask for custom made items, like exchange meat for beans in a taco or something. I really appreciate that!
The only downside was... No spoons 😥 They only had forks & knives (not...
