Hair Works — Local services in Valdosta

I highly don’t recommend this place! I do feel like they lack professionalism here and definitely needs improvement! I originally came for a re-twist with an appointment and the hairdresser overbooked herself, so she had to give me to the next person available in the shop. After I got my re-twist, my hair was flaking really bad after a week to the point where I had to call them back to see if they could fix it. They ended up fixing it and Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I still kept an appointment for a family member to get a simple service there before a special even. On the day of the appointment, I called to confirm And they did not write my appointment down in their “book” That I confirmed and made 2-3 weeks prior And gave me no other alternatives.

I highly do not recommend this place to be somewhere you take you and your loved ones...

$105 wasted. $105 for a sew in.. ok a little pricey but I'm expecting my hair to look like a professional touched it not to look like I watched a tutorial on YouTube and attempted it myself and failed. I like going to Hair Works. The workers are friendly always a big hello and welcome when you come in the door. Eventhough I go to one young lady to do my hair (Miss Bree) and she do just what I like to it I believe if I had to ask either of the other ladies to do it they would do the same professional work as Miss Bree and with the same care. They seem like family even the barber....
