Firehouse Subs Ashley — Restaurant in Valdosta

I been working at firehouse subs for almost 3 months now & I absolutely hated the job ever since I been working there . The coworkers have attitudes all the time for no reason. I felt like they always had a problem with me. They talk all about each other & like to spread drama while at WORK. They are very unprofessional. The mangers are rude & talk to people any type of way. The old general manager sondra was rude also. She always had a attitude with me when I asked her about something. Yesterday Christi one of the manager yelled at me aggressively for no reason for HER making a mistake on a sandwich . She was being rude & disrespectful toward me. She caused a whole scene for no reason at all . Mind you she had already read the receipt on what was on the sandwich.She was being childish & unprofessional. She also yells at other coworkers too for no reason. She thinks she can talk to anybody any type of way. She should be fired. Also the new general manger said nothing when she was being rude & basically told me to go home. All the people that work there are toxic & the working environment is just toxic all around. I advise nobody to work there. They are a very unprofessional & a toxic working environment. They like to talk about people & have work drama. Most of the workers don’t even do anything , they just stay on their phone & don’t take their job seriously. That’s exactly nobody wants to work there’s everybody quits or just never shows up & there has to be a reason why. I know I am not the only one that feels this way toward this ridiculous job. Today we heard you now have gluten free rolls, so we decided to lunch rhere. Having a food allergy, i.get really tired of just eating salads all the time so I was excited to finally have a sub after many years. I've eaten there before the allergy really started taking its toll and the food is amazing. Unfortunately your system just came back up when we came in, we were told there would be a wait and we were fine with that. We placed our separate orders and sat down About 15 min later my daughter's food came out, a few minutes later a staff member came over and informed me you were out of GF buns, so we changed to a salad. After another 20 min of waiting, my daughter had eaten half of her large sandwich AND the table of 6 whom ordered after me were all served their meals. My blood sugar started to drop and we had to get back to work, I had to eat something before it dropped even more.. We got up and I was waiting back in lne to get refunded and complain about my food, at this point after 35 min I still had not received it My daughter noticed a server with a salad looking for the table, it turned out it was my sandwich/salad I was waiting on. I ended up taking it back to work and eating it there.

Huge dissatisfaction that my food was not served to me within 5 minutes after having to change to a salad and instead put back in the food order line as a new order. Big disappoint in the manner which my order was handled and the length which it took. I almost left...

I normally love this place. I haven’t had a bad experience until today. Maybe it was an off day. I ordered rapid response to be picked up at 1:40pm. I made sure not to click pick up ASAP because I wanted my food hot but I had to eat on the go. I got there 5 minutes early and it was already made and on the shelf. My sandwich was definitely cold. They didn’t look at my order instructions because I asked for banana peppers on my sandwich and they put them on my salad. I also asked to not put the pickle on my sandwich because I don’t like them and it saves firehouse money because I won’t eat it. The pickle was still put in the Togo container. There was an extreme amount of Mayo on the sandwich. It was overpowering and not enjoyable. I will say they kept my salad in the fridge until I got there so I appreciated that. The other thing I thought was weird is that they kept my salad in the fridge but not my dressing. My balsamic vinaigrette dressing was warm. It wasn’t in a sealed package, it was in tiny individual cups so it makes me assume that it needs to be refrigerated. I was looking forward to a nice sandwich but ended up...
