Dollar General — Local services in Valdosta

This is by far the worst store I have been to in my life. The black male cashier was rude to my brother and me. He called my brother the "N" word and came from behind the counter to try to get in my brother's face. He was rude and yelled at me, my brother, and other customers. This is the poorest customer service I have ever witnessed in my life. They refused to give me the 30.00 cash back and said they could not give me cash back because no money was in the register. They then pointed out signs that they had up in the store stating no cash back. However, they charged my card the 30.00, which is stealing. My brother also stated that they had given the woman in front of him cashback. I have already contacted the District Headquarters and I wish I had read these previous reviews before I went into that store. I had never been in this particular Dollar General and will NEVER go in it again. I needed to get laundry detergent and it was the closest Dollar General at the time. I love Dollar General and have always had great customer service until Sunday. This whole store needs to be closed down for the way we were treated and other customers. Worst Dollar General that I’ve ever been to in my life. They should be ashamed by the way I was treated by the cashier here all because I wanted to load money onto my cards. After getting a title loan here on one of my vehicles, I was left with a check, and there are NO BANKS in Valdosta (no Wells Fargo, etc.) I’m not about to drive around with that much money on me, so I thought I would stop and load it onto some cards. As soon as I walked in the store, the extremely rude, condescending, unprofessional clerk (who was on a personal call,) had already profiled me. She told me that it wasn’t going to let her do anything, when really I know it had nothing to do with that…..if you want subpar service, a dirty store, and a bunch of shady individuals then this is for you. Very horrible customer service by the Heavy Set African American young lady on the first register. I absolutely HATE when I go into ANY establishment and the staff has a bad attitude. Maybe she was having a bad day, Idk, but she should've kept it at home. The ONLY REASON I'm giving 2 stars is because a nicer gentleman (Thomas, if I'm not mistaken) came to address and fixed my issue with NO PROBLEM, which the other young lady had NO interest in doing.
