Food is good. Staff clearly does not want to be there, does not offer or give receipt so you cannot give a proper review when a mistake is made. Went through the drive thru, was missing a sauce. Went inside to get the missing sauce and had explained that the sauce was missing from my bag, staff clearly didn’t believe me so they asked me to repeat my order (it was just two meals) ordered thru drivethru, then interrupted me as I was repeating my order, then after a 3-5 minute wait they gave me the sauce (it was the wrong sauce [sweet n spicy] but due to the hostile environment I felt like I could not even speak up). I had stated I want to say maybe 3 or 4 times what sauce it was that was missing (it was one sauce, signature hot) only to be given the wrong sauce.
Does this look like the signature hot sauce from Popeyes to you? Because I believe the signature hot sauce is more orange. Furthermore my husband tried using the sauce that they incorrectly gave, but couldn’t eat it because as he said it was grainy. Which means their sauce bottles have to be cleaned, something I only know from working in fast food myself.

Read moreThe only complaint I have is with the customer service. I was expecting to stand in line for quite a while since the new chicken sandwich is out. The line was actually moving along fairly well. The only problem I had was after I ordered, the car at the window in front of me received what she thought was her order, checked it and handed it back to the drive thru lady. She was told to pull up while they got her situated. I then pulled up and the lady asked if I had ordered “XYZ” I told her no and told her what I ordered. She proceeded to look in the bag that the lady had handed back and gave me the same bag. I had already paid so I decided to park and return it in store. Just to make sure I asked the lady what she had handed back through the window and she told me exactly what I had ordered. So not only did she (the customer) look and the bag but she actually had to have touched it. And from previously working in fast food I’m sure that whether or not she actually touch the food it’s not ok to give a customer the same order that had been previously handled. Even if I had not talked to the customer the bag was crumbled up so it was pretty obvious. I cannot understand how a person could be so comfortable doing something so unsanitary when it comes to a person’s food. I honestly wish management find this situation...
