China Wok II Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Valdosta

I like a sweet sauce so I asked for the sesame sauce to go on my meal INSTEAD of the sauce they usually put on the meal that I ordered. I also asked for extra sesame sauce. When they handed me my meal I tasted it and they had cooked it in the wrong sauce! I told them that I didn't like that sauce at all and that I only wanted the sesame sauce on my meal. The man agreed to fix it but all he did was put sesame sauce over the same meal with the same sauce I had told him I didn't like on it! The sesame sauce I had ordered on the side was good, but when the man mixed with the other sauce it tasted really gross to me! I took a couple bites and left HUNGRY! 😖. That man knew I didn't like that sauce, he just didn't want to waste the meal! * It was his mistake and he should have fixed it properly! There wasn't very much chicken put in my meal either 😟 Also I would much rather have chicken that hasn't been pounded flat and also tenderized to where it is too soft, not much like chicken when you bite into it!! * I like good sized chunks of chicken instead. I ordered the egg drop soup, this was maybe my 2nd time ordering from them. I as I was eating the soup I realized there was a bug towards the bottom. I called and let them know. They told me to bring it back. I couldn’t bring it back the same day because I had work which I made them aware of, so I brought it back the next day. The service was terrible from the phone call all the way to bringing the food back. When I brought the food back the first thing the man said to me was “what you want, money?”. They didn’t issue an apology, nothing. They were rude and didn’t seem to care. Maybe this is a normal occurrence for them judging based on the way they handled it. I don’t usually write reviews, I never really bring back complaints even if something is bad. I usually just brush it off but insects in my food is unsanitary and could make someone sick. And to top it off the service was just as bad. My experience was too poor for me not to share it.I would not...

I have gone here two times and I will NOT go again!! It is so hard to find excellent chinese food that is as good as New York's...this is a joke and one that is not funny. I purchased boneless rib tips. Not only did this food have very little flavor but it gave me stomach pains. I asked if the rib tips could be cut into smaller pieces and I was told yes. When I got home, all of the meet was not cut smaller. They cut "some" of the pieces and left all of the other ones large. Also, 95% of the rib tips were hard to chew. (Which is why I asked them to cut them smaller)!!!!! Unfortunately, I cannot eat here...
