A Town Wings — Restaurant in Valdosta

I was sent to Valdosta for work for a few weeks and decided to try out this restaurant. The wings were pretty good, just as I had expected, and the young ladies behind the counter were friendly and efficient. The food came out quickly, and I was satisfied with my meal.

However, there are a few areas where the restaurant could improve. For some reason, all the chairs and tables were removed from the dining room, which made the space feel a bit off. It gave the impression that the restaurant was either under construction or possibly going out of business.

While I was waiting for my order, I noticed the cashier watching videos on her phone, with the volume on, and talking about how much she enjoys "ratchet" TV shows. While I’m not usually one to complain, and this had absolutely nothing tondo with my food, it did stand out as unprofessional in that setting.

That being said, the wings were so good that I decided to go back the very next day. Unfortunately, the restaurant was packed with people standing around the empty dining room, holding their receipts, waiting for their food. Since I didn’t want to wait too long, I decided not to place an order.

A Town Wings is easy to locate, they have a small parking lot that's good for the customers. My opinion of the inside is it fair. I'm unsure whether the establishment is always set up with chairs and tables stacked, or maybe they're doing some renovation. But. this was how the place was set up. The front counter ordering was okay. Each time I've visited A Town there have been 3 to 4 young ladies standing around chatting. I didn't find the staff to be professional or courteous. My orders have been taken promptly and I always receive the correct food hot and correctly made. I've only purchased the House Rice and the Hot Honey Wings each time and it's always delicious, but the wings are very small. They're like chick wings. There's an area off to the side of your ordering you food where a table is set up with condiments for your food, napkins, etc. A Town should do some improvement on their lobby area. I place a order for 20 wings i wanted 10 plain,and 10 teriyaki with shrimp fried rice i also order a Philly cheese steak sandwich i left and went to another building in the same area, and bought something there, and now I am ready to ride 28 miles back home i decided I will try a wing and that's when I notice I had fries instead of my rice so I got back and I had to wait 30 minutes i had place my correction order in before some customers enter the building, but yet they got their order first let me tell you the food can be good in a place, but if the right people's isn't working they can ruin a good business one of the girls did go in the back to see what was the problem it seems the cook,and the one who took the order had a problem so the cook took his time i could've been home in the time I had to wait and I live 28 miles away i travel to get food there and that's how...
