Sunshine Smoothies — Restaurant in Vallejo

Cute little place near the Tesla Supercharging station. Had about 35 minutes to wait so walked over to check out the business. I think they started out as a stand on the Vallejo waterfront side... glad they have a storefront now!

Got here at 8:10am or so and there were no customers... i ordered the bagel combo that came with a large drink, cream cheese and bagel, and chips or banana.

Basic warmed/toasted bagel and cream cheese... went for the bag of chips, and a Purple Hulk. The drink is very refreshing. I was a bit concerned that the beets would overpower the other fruits and veggies but it is the perfect end taste to a delicious beverage.

There are a few tables, a booth, and several barstools so you can sit and keep an eye on your Tesla while it charges (😉)

Was charging at the Tesla charger and happened upon this awesome place! Carlos, the owner, uses only fresh ingredients and prepares each item with passion. It was great to meet him and to hear his philosophy about the food he prepares and about life in general. I had a delicious veggie bagel, fresh squeezed orange juice and a latte. Great breakfast! and a great way to start the day. Will definitely be back to enjoy another meal at...
