Used to be a great furniture store with quality furniture! I purchased a leather sectional recliner set in February 2020 right before the pandemic. During the installation, we notice the set looked used. The owner then said he would replace it,especially since it had stop reclining. Then the pandemic occurred causing a wait time (which is understandable).
The new couch was delivered in August! Yes, almost 6 months of waiting only to have another malfunctioning recliner delivered.
The owner apologized an promised he would reorder the set an deliver it in 2 weeks.
Here it is October an still no delivery! After numerous calls an visits an promises from the owner, we are fed up! If there are no new couches delivered to my home by monday October 5th 2020, i will be reporting this furniture store an the owner to the Better Business Bureau. I will also be delivering the couches to the store for a full refund.

Obviously I NOTICED RIGHT AWAY. I called him right away and told him about it. He agreed to change it and that it was going to take over a week because of covid-19 situation. so I waited with no problem ,totally understandable. It been over a year and I still haven't receive my table and he still giving me BS THAT HE WILL CALL ME IN A WEEK- this is what happens went you decided to buy furniture form small business just to support them. When we asked for a replacement he refused the service and asked us to come pick the $500 deposit we placed. Another trip from Vacaville to Vallejo because he didnāt wanna replace the damaged items.
