TL:DR Overall it was a pleasant experience. I felt like Ray to what we wanted with no judgement and steering and gave us a better deal than the Helix direct website :D

It was actually relaxed shopping! No high pressure sales. We were greeted upon entry but not in your face so we had a chance to wander around for a few minutes and try a couple beds at the front before Ray approached us asking if we had any questions. We talked a bit about what we had (20yr old TempuPedic), what we thought we were looking for (something with more support in my old age and cooling because perimenopause is a thing). I did go in with an idea of brands to look at after being targeted online and he clarified what each would be like compared to what we we were on now. We both sleep differently so we went with split king (or 2 twin XL) which worked out because we each ended up with a different model Helix. He was super patient with us, then I felt bad and admitted I was already shopping the Helix on their direct website and really came in to decide on whether the firmness was right. He laughed and said that was perfectly ok and said let's see if he could do better. He did! 2 beds, 2 adjustables bases, 2 mattress protectors and delivery with setup and take away. Ray Witt helped us select a new mattress after 15 years! We wanted a new bed we’d be comfortable sleeping in for another 10-20. From the moment we walked in, we were met by his calm and professional attitude. He asked us a series of questions that gave him the information he needed to point us in the direction that he thought we wanted to go. He showed us several types of mattresses including foam to coils. When we said we sleep differently he was able to guide us to the beds with platforms. The whole experience was very satisfying and we chose a beautiful bed with the headboard as well as pillows. We also purchased a mattress and platform for my mom and a boxspring for another mattress. We took advantage of 0% interest with financing. The purchase was significant and we were concerned about satisfaction. That’s when Ray explained policy. If we’re not happy, we have up to a year to let Mancini’s know and have the mattresses replaced. Amazing. Since then we’ve gone back for a few more things, and he is consistently professional, courteous, and willing to do what he can to help us have a first class experience. I have a back injury from a couple of car accidents. I went to Mancini's looking for a mattress pad to make my bed softer since I believed that was the solution to my discomfort. I met our salesman, Raylijah who listened to me. He did provide the mattress top. I layed on it and it was soft. However in talking further, he explained that the pad is a temporary fix for a damaged or uncomfortable mattress. He had me lay on several mattresses and he used a remote to raise my feet and my head as he explained why this is important for comfort. Wala! He made me aware of it possibly isnt my mattress, but the position of sleeping on what I have. I found out that I could put any mattress on the adjustable base. So I am getting it to use with what I have and if need be,will return for a newer mattress. I appreciated that he listened,understood my problem and worked with me.
