GO TO THE CONCORD LOCATION! The quality has gone down tremendously since the first time we ordered. The Dubai Chocolate Strawberry the last two times we have gotten have been terrible and not worth the price. The chocolate last time was harden in a weird way which made it impossible to eat and this time there was barely any strawberries. I spoke to the cashier and expressed my concerns and she just looked at me like I was crazy. The cashier was rude and had an attitude, it was a lady with black straight hair and light tan complexion with a scar on the side of her face near her jawline. I was limping as I was walking in the store and she was staring at me trying not to laugh. She noticed I saw her staring at me oddly and fixed her face. I wanted to turn around and not waste my money because of her poor customer service. We order the parmesan popcorn chicken the last time we were here and it tasted horrible. I didn't expect it to be sweet. It tasted like the orange chicken you get at Trader Joe's without the glaze with what was suppose to be parmesan but tasted...

Disappointed and Confused – Inaccurate Closing Time

I just had a frustrating experience at Devils and Angel. I showed up expecting them to be open, since their Google listing clearly says they close at 10 PM. The door was still open, but when I walked in, a lady working there told me they were closed. I mentioned the closing time shown online, and she just repeated that they were already closed.

No explanation, no apology — just turned away even though it wasn’t 10 PM yet and the door was open. It was confusing and disappointing, especially when you’re relying on their posted hours. Please update your business hours online or at least lock the door if you’re closed. Very poor...

Nice to see another boba spot in Vallejo but they also serve Korean corn dogs and I think donuts. When we went there their kiosks weren’t working and you had to order at the counter and I think they don’t accept cash. Service took kind of long and they ask that there are more people that order something if you want to sit and hangout there. We were a large group and all of the kids got something. Their Korean cheese corn dogs look good. They also serve mochi donuts, shaved ice, and tanghulu at this location. The price is of their boba is the same as the pho place next door.
