Love the concept...choose your own topping pizza for a low price is awesome...but lets address the bad...first the customer service was bad...some girl making my daughters salad drowned it in balsamic to the point it had a one inch pool settled at the bottom of the bowl when asked if we can get a new one she said no and started arguing with my daughter over it to a point a manager walked over and just gave my daughter a new salad and balsamic on the side, which is all the girl should have done in the first place...second and this may just be a personal preference but the white ranch sauce had a little too much of a mucus consistency for my liking, I felt the sauce should have been rich and creamy not sticky and slimy. All in all loved the concept and vision but the sauce just was not happening for me and that girls customer service was not good wish I would have caught her name for the review to avoid being served by her, but the extra star is for the manager for recognizing there was a problem and acting promptly and professionally. ...
Read moreWhile the food is decent, the workers make us question if they even wash their hands. We went today and asked for plates to eat our pizza as a family. The worker repeatedly gave us dirty plates when we asked for new ones because they were…DIRTY!! We asked THREE times. He kept switching them out for more dirty plates. He had so much attitude and ignored my father when he tried to point out they were dirty. He did it to inform him incase his ignorant and oblivious self didn’t notice. He made the most disturbing, disrespectful, and disgusting face I have ever seen in a worker. I don’t understand how some people can be so horrible at their job. Why don’t they put themselves in the shoes of their customer? I also work in customer service & understand how annoying, entitled, and persistent customers can be. However, this wasn’t one of those times. This was simply a sanitation issue. He’s lucky we didn’t cause a scene & call corporate. Anyone else would have seen to it that he be fired and the restaurant be reviewed. Where is...
Read moreOur first time trying any Mod Pizza and the description "like Chipotle but pizza" is very accurate. To buy the dough only and then can add as much of any of the toppings you want is a strange idea in our culture, but there also has to be a tax loophole they get for that...since they don't technically sell the toppings, just the dough. For $40-something, our family of 4 got to Mod Pizzas & 1 Family salad 🥗😋 We were all satisfied. Many gluten free options for that crowd, also.
Comfortable atmosphere, pretty friendly staff but nothing amazing. Since it was our first time there, we specified it was our first time but felt rushed to choose instead of being explained the process. So while we were happy with the end product, that first interaction set an impression of the entire interaction. Just thankful they didn't actually rush us or be rude...just didn't...
